Executives from BCBS of Michigan join DDP Board

DETROIT (March 27, 2025) – The Downtown Detroit Partnership (DDP) is pleased to announce that Tricia Keith, president and CEO, and Tiffany Albert, senior vice president of Community Relations, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, have joined the organization’s Board of Directors. 

The DDP is Detroit’s preeminent nonprofit organization, with a mission to create a vibrant urban core. Its Board is a diverse group of regional leaders committed to making Downtown Detroit a great place to live, work, and play.

As president and CEO of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, Keith leads the multi-billion healthcare company, Michigan’s largest health insurer, serving over five million members across the country. Under Keith’s leadership, BCBSM continues to expand its market reach, advance member-focused health insurance and technology solutions, and strengthen its longstanding commitment to Michigan’s communities.

In addition to her role as senior vice president of Community Relations, Albert is also president of the BCBSM Foundation and most recently served as senior vice president of Health Plan Business, with oversight for commercial group sales and account management, specialty benefits, distribution channel partnerships, and sales operations.

“We are fortunate to have an active and engaged board that guides us as we execute our mission to drive economic and social impact in Downtown Detroit,” said DDP CEO  Eric B. Larson. “Tricia and Tiffany are dynamic leaders and thinkers and will be great additions to this team.”
