The BIZ Budget Outline

As a matter of policy, the BIZ allocates less than 20% of revenue on administration. More than 80% of the funds collected from property owners goes directly to providing services to our stakeholders.

FY 2024-2025 General Appropriations Act

A public hearing on the proposed FY2025-2026 General Appropriations Act (the proposed budget) will be held during the regular meeting of the BIZ Board of Directors on June 10, 2025, at 9 a.m. at the Central Michigan University Detroit Office, 777 Woodward, Detroit, Michigan.  Public comments may be submitted during the public hearing and by email to [email protected].
