Funded by Downtown Detroit property owners, BIZ Ambassadors provide a visible, reassuring presence on Downtown streets. They offer directions and hospitality, assist visitors and employees, report maintenance and public safety concerns, and work alongside public safety partners to help ensure Downtown remains vibrant and welcoming.
