The BIZ is a special assessed public district that received a voter approval in 2014 by owners of assessable properties within the Downtown. The BIZ Annual Meeting will be held during the Tuesday, October 24 Board of Directors Meeting where property owners will see their investment at work through a variety of program updates, including BIZ Ambassadors, Small Business Engagement and Downtown Detroit Datascape.

Business Roundtables are opportunities to gather first-hand feedback from a select group of business professionals and merchants (i.e. restaurants, retailers, the clergy).
