Downtown Lighting
For decades, the Downtown Detroit Partnership has been lighting up Detroit. From proposing and securing lights on the Ambassador Bridge to the cherished Greektown lanterns to the 1 million lights that now grace our city for the winter holidays, the DDP understands what it means to put the city in the best light.
Part of the Lighting Program is the DETROIT sign — back and better than ever. This traveling signature signage program was developed to promote awareness and support local businesses along commercial districts and in surrounding neighborhood corridors.
Supported by the DTE Foundation, the sign proudly makes its way around the city. Recent stops include the Northwest Grandmont Rosedale neighborhood, Detroit Soul and the HM Style Lounge. Find the sign, take a pic and post it!
