   By using downtowndetroit.org (the “Site”) you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. We do our best to maintain a complete, accurate, and current Site, but we do not make any representations or warranties that it is.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless us, our officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and third-party partners from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation by you of these Terms of Use or your use of the Site.
4. You agree that you will not use the Site for unauthorized or malicious purposes, including but not limited to the dissemination of malware, cybercrimes, denials of service, or alterations or defacing of this Site.
5. You acknowledge that all trademarks used on the Site are property of their respective owners, either DDP or its licensor(s). The entire contents of the Site are copywritten by DDP or its licensor(s); unauthorized reproduction or use of the material contained in the Site, including live linking to images, videos, or other content, is prohibited.
6. Use of the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy (see below).
7. These Terms of Use are governed by the law of the State of Michigan, and any disputes arising under these shall be adjudicated by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Michigan.

This Privacy Policy applies to downtowndetroit.org (the “Site”). For purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to “we” or “us” include both us and our Site.

Our web hosting service provider may collect your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times, or your referring site. This information is used to maintain the security and integrity of our Site. It is not identified with you as an individual.
