Thank you to everyone who joined us for this morning’s session on the upcoming Detroit Jazz Festival. Below are key takeaways, partnership opportunities, and additional updates from the Downtown Detroit Partnership (DDP). 

 
Dates: August 29 – September 1, 2025 
Estimated Attendance: 300,000+ 
Estimated Visitor Spending: $20 million over the weekend 

Festival Hours: 

  • Friday: 5:00 – 10:30 p.m. 
  • Saturday and Sunday: 1:30 – 10:30 p.m. 
  • Monday: 12:30 – 7:30 p.m. 

Road Closures: 
Closures will follow the same pattern as in previous years. A footprint map and full presentation are included in the attached materials. 

Get Involved with the Festival 
If your business is interested in participating in free or paid partnerships with the Jazz Festival, please complete this form: DJF x DDP Business Interest Form 

The form also asks for: 

  • Your business hours during the festival 
  • Whether you’d like a promotional flyer for your window 
  • Interest in marketing or sponsorship opportunities
