Attendees will be among first to receive DDP’s 2024 Downtown Detroit Community and Development Update
DETROIT – The Downtown Detroit Partnership (DDP) will host its annual Fall Forum: A Real Estate Update at the Cambria Hotel Detroit on Tues., Sept. 17 from 3:00-5:30 p.m. As one of DDP’s signature events, Fall Forum convenes business, civic, and industry leaders to share commercial real estate updates about Downtown Detroit’s evolving ecosystem.
This year’s event theme is “Mobility, Connectivity, and Innovation.” Attendees will find out how Downtown Detroit is transitioning from a Central Business District to a Central Connectivity District. They will also discover how infrastructure improvements, innovative developments, and connected communities will impact Downtown Detroit’s future.
“During Fall Forum we will celebrate the remarkable investments Downtown has witnessed over the past 12 months and look at what’s coming in the pipeline to continue the momentum,” said Eric B. Larson, DDP’s chief executive officer. “We will also discuss the magnitude future projects will have on the City, including the I-375 Reconnecting Communities initiative.”
Fall Forum attendees will be among the first to receive a copy of the highly anticipated 2024 Downtown Detroit Community and Development Update, produced by DDP and the Downtown Detroit Business Improvement Zone. The update provides an in-depth breakdown of current, pending, and future developments as well as total investments in Downtown Detroit from the past year.
The program is open to the public. To purchase tickets, visit Eventbrite https://2024ddpfallforum.eventbrite.com.
The Fall Forum is sponsored by KPMG, CoStar Group Inc., and Cambria Hotel Detroit.
