Born in raised on Detroit’s west side, I am a Detroiter through and through. I love everything about Detroit. I love the people, the culture, the sports, the music, the architecture, the sidewalk business, and the green and public spaces. I’m thrilled to see not only the development that is happening Downtown, but throughout the entirety of Detroit.

With that, I have my favorite things to do when I am Downtown. For a hardy lunch or dinner, I like to patronize Fixins Soul Kitchen Detroit. The food is seasoned well, the hospitality is amazing, and the service is quick. 7 Greens is my favorite lunch spot, I spend ALL my Spirit Card dollars there. Cannelle has the finest pastries in the land, and Survived is the place to go to get great quality Detroit merchandise. Check out all of my Downtown Detroit Hot Spots below.
