Detroit’s Ultimate FREE Opening Day Tailgate Party Returns to Grand Circus Park
Presented by Miller Lite and produced by the Downtown Detroit Partnership, fans are invited to celebrate the Detroit Tigers vs. St. Louis Cardinals matchup at Comerica Park
DETROIT – The boys of summer are back! To celebrate the return of baseball in Detroit this season, fans are invited to an Opening Day Tailgate Party at Grand Circus Park, just steps away from Comerica Park, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, April 3.
The event is presented by Miller Lite and produced by the Downtown Detroit Partnership. Together, they have stepped up to the plate to deliver the ultimate party that will knock it out of the park.
This FREE public event offers a full day of festivities, great food, refreshing drinks and Detroit’s unbeatable Opening Day spirit. DJ Mynt and DJ Chachi will keep the energy high with music, while local food trucks serve up delicious bites. Attendees can enjoy ice-cold brews at the Miller Lite beer tent and engage in interactive experiences at the DTE Energy Den. They can also shop for branded apparel available from All Things Marketplace, watch the game on giant video walls and score exciting giveaways. With its electric atmosphere and prime location, Grand Circus Park will be the best place to experience the game outside of Comerica Park.
