Dress you and your pup to impress for a chance to win prizes in various costume categories. The event will also feature Halloween-themed games, gifts for dogs, treats for their humans and a DJ spinning festive beats – it’s sure to be a howling good time! Programming highlights for “Howl-O-Ween” at Grand Circus Dog Park include:
