Kick off your weekend early at The Beach at Campus Martius Park, the No. 1 public square in the U.S. and the hot spot for summer fun. Our infamous Beach Parties feature live music from a rotating lineup of the best local and regional bands and DJs performing beachside every Thursday night for FREE.
BARBIE BEACH PARTY! – On July 13, wear your Barbie pink and join us in Campus Martius Park from 4 pm to 9 pm as The Beach transforms into Barbie Land. Channel your inner Barbie (or Ken) and take photos in a life-size Barbie box, sip on a “Barbie-tastic” cocktail at Brisabar and enjoy cotton candy from Spun Sugar Detroit, live music from DJ Thornstryker and Mami Wata, fun giveaways and more.
