The Downtown Detroit Partnership, on behalf of the Downtown Detroit Business Improvement Zone, is seeking proposals for audit services. Please submit any questions in writing to [email protected] by January 10, 2025. EXTENDED RESPONSE DEADLINE JANUARY 24, 2025 AT 5:00 PM.

1. Could I have a copy of the prior year prepared financial statement?

2. Did the auditor have any auditor identified adjustments?
   A: No.
3. Were there any control issues by the auditors?
   A: No.
4. How long did the audit last?
   A: Estimated work time is three weeks.
5. Was the audit on site?
   A: The auditor was not on site. All documents were provided electronically.
6. Is the financial statement prepared by the auditor?
   A: Yes. Management provides internal financials.
