DESCRIPTION:Campus Kids Days presented by Corewell Health returns to Campus Martius Park for summer 2026! Families are invited to enjoy this free series of fun-filled Sundays featuring themed entertainment\, interactive activities and engaging experiences for kids of all ages. It’s the perfect way to make the most of a Sunday in the heart of Downtown Detroit. Our Campus Kids Day event series is presented by Corewell Health and supported in part by The Detroit Zoo. Detroit CHEMpreneurist will also be in attendance at all Campus Kids Day events\, bringing fun in the sun with unique activations and stations.  \nEvents run from 1–5 p.m. on select Sundays\, through October 4.  \n2026 Schedule:  \nSeptember 13: Harvest Hangout \nJoin the Downtown Detroit Partnership and Corewell Health for Campus Kids Day: Harvest Hangout for an un-be-leaf-able afternoon of family fun! Celebrate the changing season with hands-on activities\, games and plenty of fall-inspired fun in the heart of Downtown Detroit. \nGet ready for a day packed with family-friendly activities\, including: \n\nA fall-themed craft station courtesy of Metro Parent\nGiveaways from Birdie’s Bookmobile\nDetroit CHEMpreneurist Innovation Station: Prototyping with a Purpose! Design and create your own fidget toy while exploring STEAM\, creativity and problem-solving through a hands-on make-and-take activity\nThe Boll Family YMCA is bringing the fun with Y on the Fly\, featuring sports sampling and free play led by experienced coaches and former collegiate athletes\nHarvest-themed bounce house fun\nLawn games\nFootball on the big screen!\nAnd plenty more family-friendly fun!\n\n  \nOctober 4: Lil’ Boo Bash \nJoin the Downtown Detroit Partnership and Corewell Health for Campus Kids Day: Lil’ Boo Bash and get ready for a spook-tacular afternoon of family fun! Come dressed in your favorite costume and enjoy hands-on activities\, games\, giveaways and plenty of Halloween-themed fun in the heart of Downtown Detroit. \nGet ready for a day packed with family-friendly activities\, including: \n\nCostume Contest at 3 p.m.\, with categories including Too Cute to Spook\, Best Dressed Boo Crew\, Icon in the Making\, Crafty Costume Creator and Giggle Getter\nA Halloween-themed Make + Take presented by Metro Parent\nGiveaways from Birdie’s Bookmobile\nDetroit CHEMpreneurist: The Spooky Start-up Lab!
