DESCRIPTION:The 2026 Detroit Race for the Cure comes to Campus Martius Park for the first time\, bringing the community together for a morning of hope\, support\, and action in the fight against breast cancer. Hosted by Susan G. Komen and proudly supported by the Downtown Detroit Partnership\, the event invites participants to walk\, run\, or join virtually while honoring survivors\, remembering loved ones and supporting critical breast cancer research\, patient care\, and advocacy. \nCristina Ancog\, DDP fund development coordinator\, pictured left in the below image with her mom\, loves supporting organizations and helping them make connections with other DDP members\, but it was DDP signing on as a Race for the Cure sponsor that made her especially proud.
