DESCRIPTION:A beloved Detroit holiday tradition is getting a new chapter! 🎄 Join the Downtown Detroit Partnership and fellow Detroiters as Detroit’s Christmas Tree\, delivered by Amazon\, makes its way to Campus Martius Park and is lifted into place in preparation for the holiday season.  \nNew for 2026\, you’re invited to experience the excitement of Tree Arrival up close during a special program on Woodward Avenue near Monroe Street\, including performances by the Detroit School of Arts Marching Band. Attendees also have the chance to get a FREE Carhartt Beanie while supplies last and watch as the towering tree is raised into place in the heart of Downtown Detroit.  \nFrom the teamwork behind the scenes to the unforgettable moment the tree takes its place\, this is a unique opportunity to be part of the preparations for the 23rd Annual Detroit Tree Lighting presented by DTE Foundation on Friday\, Nov. 20.
