Movie Nights In The D Presented by Capital One Café – Wakanda Forever

Presented by Capital One Café and supported by Faygo, families and friends can enjoy a variety of beloved films on the big screen at Campus Martius Park during our free outdoor movie series. Bring a chair or blanket to join us on the lawn for a relaxing summer evening under the stars. Join us at 6 pm before select movies to enjoy special onsite activations before the movie starts at 7 pm. Popcorn is available from Poppin Top Hat and drinks from Parc or BrisaBar will also be available for purchase.
The Downtown Detroit Partnership is proud to partner with the N’Namdi Center for a pre-Juneteenth celebration titled “Detroit Forever”. The celebration will take place on June 14 prior to the showing of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever at Campus Martius Park. Attendees are encouraged to arrive by 5:30 p.m. for special-themed activities courtesy of the N’Namdi Center including African Dance, Drum Ciphers and poetry readings from Nandi Comer the official Poet Laureate of Michigan.
