Description: Weight & Functional HIIT Training

Join Beacon Park Detroit & Coach Kiwi for the summer Sunday fitness and wellness series! Each event involves a 45-60 minute fitness session that will cater to all fitness levels. Following the fitness session, there will be a 20-30 minute wellness session.

Please bring your water bottle and a yoga mat.
You must pre-register to attend. Limited in-person spots are available.
